Used AppStore to download Freewallet? Help us!

Dear visitors!

If you downloaded Freewallet through the Appstore, please help us get these scammers banned from the store. File a complaint with Apple Support asking them to remove the fraudulent wallet.

Visit BBB complaint form page

You can use this link.

If you lost money due to Freewallet, select “I’d like to file a complaint against a business, and have BBB help me get a resolution to my problem.”

If you managed to successfully withdraw your assets and just want to warn other users about the dangers of the Freewallet wallet, select “I want to warn others about a business or offer that sounds like fraud”.

Here you may report scam. But this menu is only for warning other customers. That’s why if you downloaded Freewallet using AppStore, please, choose only “I’d like to file a complaint against a business, and have BBB help me get a resolution to my problem.” form.

Choose Apple in the search form

Type “Apple” into the search bar. From the pop-up menu, select Apple (One Apple Park Way Cupertino, CA 95014).

Fill out the form with the text of the complaint. Be sure to indicate at the beginning of the text that you want to complain about applications developed by Freewallet (https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/freewallet/id1255224297?see-all=i-phonei-pad-apps).

Tell about when, how and how much money the scammers stole from you. It is advisable to add that such a case of scam is not an isolated one — in particular, you can add links to materials from other users that expose Freewallet.

Please add to your complaint that the Freewallet application steals client assets using the KYC fraud method (under the guise of verification, the administration blocks accounts and deprives victims of the opportunity to withdraw assets).

Be sure to include your Apple registration information (your ID). This is necessary because Apple refuses to consider complaints from those users who did not personally install the application through Apple.

After you submit a complaint, please notify us.
